Indian Wedding Saree Designs

           As per our Indian tradition, our women wear a traditional wedding saree. Usually, it’s in red color with embroidery work on it.  Saree fabric can be silk or pattu. Both will give an awesome and ethnic look to the women. Nowadays traditional saree is available in many colors with different fabrics. Indian wedding sarees has so much popularity around the world. Fabrics such as crepe, georgette, satin, and chiffon are also available in the online market. Bridal women love to wear such sarees. 


           Indian women wedding sari include kanjeevaram wedding saree, sambalpuri saree, gota saree, bandhani saree etc. These are the main sarees which can be used for wedding occasions. These bridal sarees are created by employing embroideries like kundan, sequin, zari and zardosi work sarees. As there are so many regional cultures in India, they keep all those things in mind before they made it.  As we know there are different saree draping styles in our country, Gujaratis wear saree with pallu at front. But Punjabi and east India women like Kolkata, they used to drape the saree with back side pallu.

         These wedding saree are not only made with silk fabric. There many other fabrics which make wedding saree look gorgeous than ever. Such as crepe, satin, net, brocade, lazer where the dazzling shining will come from motis and embroideries work. An Even unique fabric is used creating wedding saree, named as faux. It’s a mixed fabric.



         Mainly, major role is played by colors of the sarees. They are magenta, pink, orange, blue, maroon and many other traditional colors are always choosy. Regional sarees generated many variations between the mirror work and bandhej work from Rajasthan in different colors. Apart from these traditional sarees, paithani silks, balchuri sarees, banarasi sarees are most famous in India. Wedding saree have created a variety of designs such as Tanchori brocade. Gujarati tradition provides the artisans to create panetar sarees which are mainly designed in white and red color. It is one of the main religious aspects of Guajarati people.


         There are many festivals in India throughout the year. Due to the stress at work location, women are unable to do shopping in streets. Don’t worry about that point.
